High Country Resort Properties is owned and managed by Anita Northwood (who lives in Elkhorn), it has been a locally owned and operated business for over 17 years. We have an excellent reputation in the community amongst city leaders and in the business arena. As the Owner, Anita works hard to establish and maintain long-standing relationships with all our Homeowners, many whom have been with us since the company's inception.
