Thanks so much for all you did to help arrange our stay in Sun Valley. Our condo was just perfect for our family (5 adults and 1 child) and having 3 full bathrooms was a real plus. Everything was clean and neat and we had no problems finding whatever we needed, i.e., iron, ironing board, extra towels, etc. The Staff at High Country Resort Properties was very accommodating when we changed our plans and increased the number of people staying and we were able to find a good fit for our family at a reasonable price. Our stay in Sun Valley was amazing and the ease of renting through High Country Resort Properties made it that much better. The facilities were super clean and roomy. It was easy to clean up and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The close access to tennis and swimming were the highlights for our family, and in addition it is a beautiful place to hike. The surroundings are so beautiful we hope to return and stay in the same place in the future.

We had an excellent experience renting through High Country Properties. The condo was in excellent shape, very well furnished with plenty of pots, pans, plates, and everything else we needed for an enjoyable stay. The first condo we had rented in Ketchum(not through HCP) was a disaster, but luckily HCP was able to find us a place we could move into that afternoon. It was exactly what they said it was going to be, which was quite a relief at that point. If I ever make it out to Sun Valley again, HCP will be the first place I look.

We had a fabulous time on our stay at Sun Valley. Cottonwood #1474 has many amenities such as a sauna in the shower! We enjoyed the views of Dollar and the quick walk to the lodge. We had an issue with the bedroom TV being out, but you got the cable company out there to fix it the next day. I have no complaints, and in fact, would praise the service that we received. I would recommend High Country Properties to anyone renting a condo in the Sun Valley area, and will definitely be using your firm on our next trip! Thanks again!

Our stay in the condo was most enjoyable. The location of the unit, at the end of the building, provided more light and views which we appreciate, (especially, the view of the Wood River trail). The unit had all the necessary implements and entertainment features, ( in addition to a heated garage - great) ! The weather provided us with plenty of snow for downhill skiing, as well as for cross country. All in all, we had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to a repeat next year. We travel to a different ski resort every year, (for almost 30 years), and Colonnade #14 was one of the best property recommendations we've had. It was beautiful, updated, immaculate and perfectly equipped. Being able to walk out of the unit to restaurants, stores and galleries was wonderful and the transportation to the mountain was always on time, cheerful and close. If I could have packed up that kitchen and brought it home I would have. I'm in the travel business and I appreciated the service your office provided. The people of Sun Valley were jewels, too. We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was the very thing we could have asked for. It was well appointed and really well equipped! Loved the service of High Country doing the grocery shopping for us. We arrived and had a stocked fridge and our snowboarding equipment had arrived and was waiting for us! We were also thrilled with the master shower! The showerheads on all sides was such a welcome surprise. Just a short walk to the main lodge- we used the outdoor hot tub every day after the mountain! The shuttle bus service was good- but we ended up taking a taxi home after dinner at night- about $12- but worth it! We would rent this condo again for sure! Cottonwood #1474

We had a lovely stay in your condo, Prospector 136, in December. The location was perfect for walking to the lift and the bus stops right at the top of our road. The condo was clean and the kitchen was very well supplied. The snow was always quickly removed and the manager was always available and friendly. We found Westridge #1 to be very nice. We had an issue with the air and heating systems but High Country responded right away and the problem was solved. The location was great: Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a stone's throw to the river and mountain trails. We hope to return!
