The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with bar seating for 5 and a formal dining area that will seat 6. Nearby is the powder room, the laundry room and access to the two car garage, with wine room. Guests will be drawn to the large, wrap around deck with a bbq grill and outdoor furnishings. An inviting covered area provides shade on warm days, and an open, spacious section has built in benches which are perfect for enjoying the sunshine year round.

The bedrooms are located upstairs. The master suite has a large sitting room, wood fireplace, flat screen tv and a private balcony. The master bathroom is a delight, with an organized walk in closet, Jacuzzi bath with river views, a steam shower and double sinks.

Both of the guest rooms also have private full bathrooms. The first guest room has a Queen bed and a large, organized closet. The second guest room has two twin beds, TV/VCR, walk-in closet, built-in desk and a small loft.

This home is equipped with wireless internet access and is located close to the new YMCA facilities. To help maintain this property, smoking is not permitted. Pets may be welcome with owner approval and a non-refundable pet fee.
