Located in a park like setting on Warm Springs Creek with a view of the warm spring’s lifts, this elegantly furnished 1800 sqaure foot condo can be custom booked to meet the needs of your party!

The first floor living area has a full sound system with a 47” LCD TV, as well as a gas/wood fireplace, making this a cozy gathering area for the whole family. The fully updated kitchen has a professional gas range, dishwasher and ice maker, and features beautiful granite countertops with plenty of space for an enthusiastic cook. The spacious dining room comfortably seats eight people.

The outside area includes a spacious south facing deck with great views of the Warm Springs ski runs. In addition there is a deck area that includes a full size BBQ.

There are 2 master suites, each with a King bed and TV - one on the main floor and one on the second floor. Both suites have private bathrooms; the one upstairs has a hot tub and a separate shower. The second floor boasts an additional living area with its own 32” TV, DVD and sound system. There is also a third bathroom and two additional bedrooms with queen size beds.

This unit is a short walk to the Warm Springs lift and has full use of the Prospector amenities, including the hot tub and summer pool. The washer and dryer facility is just a step away. To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking is not allowed. A pet may be welcome with owner approval and payment of a nonrefundable pet deposit.

High Country does not charge a booking, cleaning or resort fee. We charge a nightly rate plus the regional sales tax (11% for Sun Valley/Elkhorn properties and 10% for Ketchum/Warm Springs.)
