This is a nicely furnished 1150 sq ft two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor condominium on Trail Creek. It is approximately a five to ten minute walk from River Run and very close to downtown Ketchum.

There is a queen-size bed in the master with full bathroom, plus two twins or a bridgeable king in the second bedroom also with its own full bathroom. A new full-size sofa-sleeper and love seat are in the living room.

There is a new dining set that seats six, TVs in the living room and kitchen, a VCR, stereo with CD, microwave, small BBQ, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a river rock fireplace. Deck on the back of condo just a few yards from Trail Creek.

To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking is not allowed. A pet may be welcome with a nonrefundable pet deposit
