Spend your Sun Valley vacation in this delightful townhome! Located in a private, exclusive neighborhood just South of Ketchum, this 3 story Weyyakin home will meet every need a discerning guest has. Winter guests will enjoy the short drive to the ski lifts and relaxing in front of the rustic, river rock fireplace. In the summertime, guests can take in the cool mountain air on the patio, which looks out to a small stream and pond and mountain views beyond.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 ˝ baths, this warm, inviting property is ideally suited for a larger group desiring luxury and plenty of space and will accommodate up to 9 guests. The fully equipped, completely updated kitchen has top of the line appliances, a bay window seating area and bar seating for 3. A formal dining area will seat up to 6 and beautiful tile flooring throughout the main living area compliment the log and river rock detail. The living room has a deluxe entertainment system, vaulted ceilings and an open staircase leading to the guest quarters.

To the left of the main entry is the master suite with a king sized bed, entertainment center, private bath with separate sinks and a Jacuzzi tub. A laundry room, half bath and two car garage complete the main level.

On the second floor is a guest bedroom, with two double beds, walk in closet, private full bath and tv/dvd player. The private third level has two guest rooms, one with a queen bed and tv/dvd and a smaller room with a twin bed. These rooms share a large bath and walk in closet. The home has full air-conditioning for guest comfort.

Guests staying at this fine property will have access to the nearby Weyyakin clubhouse which has been recently remodeled. The complex includes a year round hot tub, summer use pool, tennis courts, and recreation room. There is also a trout pond, equestrian center and hiking trail for guests to enjoy. To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking is not allowed. A pet may be considered with owner approval and payment of nonrefundable pet deposit.
